Setting the Stage: Conflict Resolution

In this first keynote session, Ken Sande talks about how conflicts in the church are opportunities. He discusses two common deficits ministers experience (gospel attitudes and gospel skills) and how to deal with them. He also reveals a practical systematic theology for peacemaking.
