Conferences

The Hendricks Center seeks to serve ministry and business leaders by planning and hosting conferences, programs and retreats designed to encourage and equip. It is our prayer that your time with us would be refreshing, exhortative, and that you would look to these events as a place of refuge and resource.
LEAD is a dynamic, personalized leadership development experience. This five-day process equips ministry leaders to make significant progress toward the fulfillment of God’s purpose for their ministries.
The Leader Board is a series of five half-day leadership development sessions (over the course of a year) designed to equip marketplace leaders to impact their spheres of influence for the kingdom of God.
A dynamic one-day women’s leadership conference designed to equip women to reach, lead, and impact those in their sphere of influence—at home, in church, the workplace, or in a parachurch ministry.
Ministry wives lead busy lives. This relaxing three-day retreat explores the individual capacity of wives to positively influence their husbands and make a difference for the kingdom.
This event is a one-day conference on how we as Christ-followers can engage in everyday work as a sacred call from God Himself, and thereby become agents of grace in workplaces everywhere.
Each Fall and Spring, the Hendricks Center offers a one-day conference featuring an expert ministry leader discussing current issues faced within the Church and the role of ministry leaders in responding to those issues.

DESIRING HOPE: ATTRACTING WORLD RELIGIONS THROUGH THE BEAUTY OF THE GOSPEL

What draws someone to Islam? Buddhism? Why do they stay? There is some attraction or need being met by each religion that causes a person to follow with their life. The Hendricks Center’s Desiring Hope Conference will answer these key questions. This is a different kind of world religions event that in this globalized world, you and your staff should not miss.
