This cohort is designed specifically for those currently serving in ministry who desire a space to grow, be encouraged, and gain fresh tools for faithful and effective leadership.

Program Overview
- Kickoff Workshop
September 28–30, 2026
Dallas Theological Seminary (in person)
Three days of spiritual refreshment, teaching from DTS faculty, and peer connection
Meal provided: Boxed lunch on Wednesday
- Monthly Cohort Gatherings
Small groups (6–8 people)
Virtual or in-person meetings
Discussion, encouragement, and application of content
- One-on-one Mentorship
Monthly discipleship

Who Should Join?
This cohort is for DTS alumni currently in vocational ministry positions who want to:
- Be spiritually renewed and supported
- Grow in leadership effectiveness
- Develop deep relationships with fellow ministry leaders
- Receive coaching and discipleship from seasoned ministry leaders
Commitment
- Attend the Kickoff Workshop in person (September 28–30, 2026 at Dallas Theological Seminary)
- Attend in-person cohort meeting monthly (or Zoom, if needed)
- Attend mentorship check-in with cohort coaches monthly
- Complete assigned reading and reflection work between sessions
- Pay $150 cohort fee
Note: The cohort does not cover travel, lodging, food, or other personal expenses. The fee helps pay for cohort speakers and mentors to sustain the program.
Limited Spots Available
Each group includes 6–8 participants to be led by two seasoned DTS alumni coaches for guidance, connection, and discipleship.
Spots are first-come, first-served. Early registration is highly encouraged due to limited capacity.
