Application is Everything! (James 1:22-25)

Kabwe serves as the founder and primary Instructor for the flourishing weekly women’s Bible Study group at Smythe Street Church in New Brunswick, Canada. In addition, she is an online Instructor for the Opened Bible Academy (OBA), in Houston, Texas. Kabwe earned her Ph.D. in Social Statistics from the University of Southampton, UK, and previously taught undergraduate studies at the University of Zambia. In pursuit of a deeper understanding of God’s Word and to follow her calling, Kabwe enrolled at Dallas Theological Seminary, where she successfully completed her master’s degree in Christian Education in May 2023. Born in Zambia, she has resided in Canada for the past 17 years. She lives with her best friend and husband of 25 years, Dr. Sebastian Benaya along with two daughters, Mwape (21) and Tasheni (17), and a son, Chibale (15).
